is there a uk contact for Gap
Hi, I've purchased a used iid bt and paid for the transfer of ownership code. Does anyone have any idea how long it takes to receive the email with the code ? I paid Gap at 10am yesterday (their time) and have sent a query email today, but not had any reply. There doesn't seem to be a phone number listed to even call them. Really need to get my unit up and running asap, any suggestions ?

Think it depends what email address you used
I use this one and have had replies very quickly to technical questions
normally gets a very prompt answer from Pat or one of the other members of the team.

It has taken 3 days to be supplied with an unlock code, so thanks but i was the one bashing my head against the wall. Without the unlock code the iid tool is just a very expensive code reader.
Patrick from Gap has in the last 10 minutes supplied me with the necessary activation code. Only taken 8 emails from me to get it sorted
That's highly unusual, I normally get almost immediate response. I presume all 8 went to the correct email address?
