Picked the Discovery up today. I had removed the spare wheel and protector plate prior to taking the car in.
Prior to refitting it at home I had a good mooch around underneath the back, have to say from what I can see I'm very happy with the results.
Free inspections carried out every year so hopefully this should last a fair while
If anyone wants specific photos of the work let me know and i'll try my best and get them.

Looks like a thorough job.
I'd be interested if it wasn't 400 miles away!Richard

How were your sills and back arches on your car?
Did they have to do any welding or such or just a nice simple job for them?

Cheers Gary
Impressed that there's no smell in the cabin, thought I would have to put up with some smell for a few days but nothing.

Hi graham
Funny enough I could smell it inside my cabin for a few days, took 3-4 days to fully dry
Did take a good while masking everything off but indeed well pleased it’s now done
is good there’s plenty of drain holes in the chassis as when the Dinitrol is injected could see the dinitrol coming out of them
Think it’s every 5 x years it needs re applying , next time will put it onto 4 x ramps to give more room but wondering about redoing the chassis every 3 x years as a precaution
Also removed the wheel arch liners, here’s mine before and after

Hi. Can someone point me in the direction of a good company that could do this on my D3?
Is it still worth doing if some rust has already taken hold? Mine is a 54 plate so been about for a while. Just bought it and would like to keep hold for a while.....
Thanks.

You may be lucky - this is an old thread & Sea Raider hasn't been seen since March 2002.
