Upgrading infotainment system

Morning

Looking some advice please on upgrading infotainment system to Apple play compatible one but honestly not sure where to start to look ?

Any tips on best one to install ?

If you search 'Tesla screen' or 'Android' you will find a few threads. I went with the larger install to run CarPlay and while it was fine, there were a few compromises. I ended up reverting to the original screen and used another system from these guys, it has been perfect

Hi Dave, what do you get from carplay exactly? I had it on a Merc a couple of years ago but didn't really get it? Doesn't it just take your phone onto the screen? Cheers PJ

It does just that, but certainly improves the NAV options and makes it easier to make calls, call up podcasts etc. I think it also modernises the interior somewhat.
