Does the US LR3 Nav system work on EU map/DVD????

I just bought a LR3 HSE 2006 in the US, now i am worried the Nav system may not work with the european maps, maybe someone has had some experiance with this?

I almost did the same till I saw my G4D3.

I don't know the answer but it's easy to check. Just borrow one and put it in.
