I once got 24mpg on a leisurely trip to Switzerland, I don't recall ever getting that high since. I mostly drive in London and I admit my driving style is, ahem, the opposite of what it should be to conserve fuel, but what's the point of having the V8 if you can't enjoy it. I average 11-13 around town Shocked low 20s on m-way.

10-14 MPG in town is normal.

Well struggled on the Welsh trip.

Could only manage 22.8mpg on the lieometer for the journey out (174miles). Very windy on the M4 and crossing over Storey Arms alway knocks it down a tad. Tried to drive with fuel consumpton in mind, it wasn't playing ball.

Back lanes and climbing up the mountain over the weekend knocked this down even further - now 21.3mpg for 202miles (15.1mpg for this leg Censored ) .

Return leg, back over Storey Arms, and overall 22.7mpg for the 375miles. Came back at 65 to 70mph. (24.7mpg for this leg). Could have completed it on a tank but reserve came on about 30miles from Southampton and after giving it some welly coming back onto the A34.

Will brim to brim and check against the lieometer at the weekend.

DSL must have that speacial D3

The experimental nuclear assisted model. I get at best 15.2 on the dash, not much better when calculated via real world consumption and math. I'm sure the light bar and travel rack don't help.

6.8 mpg...

But it was snowing you can see the snow flake on the dash right there. Sorry I'm pretty far south in the States. This is a joke of coarse, I saw that once, and found out the seat heater did work that day. LOL
