Well as I’m the head chef most nights and It’s a special day

and I’m on a diet

I found this in my mates meat wholesalers after work

a 2kg fillet

some how I only got 6 steaks out of it

They say you can eat lean meat on a diet

Ours was a 5 course meal in the Industrial Gallery at Birmingham Museam and Art Gallery (after the gallery was closed to the pulic last night) - an absolutly fantastic venue
