Is this a sitting of 'The Star Chamber' ?
I had to Google what the star chamber was, miserable gits corner would have been more fitting.
I don't smoke nor vape but don't have a problem with those that do. Admittedly I don't come into contact with the general public like some during their working day but will live and let live when it doesn't encroach into my space. Let's face it, it's a thousand times better since the smoking ban.Mods:

I smocked 40 odd roll ups a day for 30 odd years I've not smoked for a few weeks under 2 years now and I've not wanted to go back to it BUT I DO USE A VAPE , have it set very low so hardly any vape comes from it , I use the lowest nicotine level I can get
I feel so much better health wise now no more puffing and weeeezzzzzing , if any one wanted to give up the fags I would highly recommend a VAPE -------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.

I knew about the reference to the Star Chamber, although it is going back a bit.
I don’t have a problem with peps doing anything within the confines of their home, but I do in public.
I appreciate it’s kept some off the fags, but even so why not ditch that too after a while?

Do you drive your disco in the confines of your own home ? Or do you share your pollution with others , we are not all perfect ! , we all do things that might not be right but haho that's just life -------------------------------------------------

This May seem simplistic but you either smoke or you don’t. So to give up its cold turkey. You pays your money and it’s your decision all down to will power and nothing else. Vaping - an excuse to pose and posture for the benefit of the great unwashed and the annoyance of the balanced ordinary citizen. Remember the advert for gas boilers some years ago fronted by two “Arabs” . Punch line over the smoke and fumes “with gas boiler” . That’s how I view the “vapour “ apologies. No apologies but when you witness them out side primary schools picking up little ones with smoke going everywhere like puffing billy - what an example to set. My father was a north lanarkshire miner - 40a day capstian full strength - breakfast a cough , fag and a fart and sounding like a 4 stroke running on two cylinders . Aversion therapy at it’s best.Once you have defeated the idiots any job is half done. Pity there are so many idiots to defeat.

Give it a decade or two and we will see the results of human testing on the vape!

There seems to be a sort of ‘man test’ thing with some vapers having the levels set to 11 to prove some sort of point. A smoking friend told me he tried one recently that was so strong it made him feel ill for hours afterwards.

If the aim is to get nicotine into the body, then yes.

Dunno you can really compare driving a Disco with vaping.
I just know walking into a haze of vape smoke is totally disgusting and those doing it seem to think it’s okay as it’s not a fag and seriously question why are the rest of us are getting upset.

Here you go. Good if you need to disappear in a puff of smoke (well, steam)
