If you are on zero nicotine what exactly is the point of doing it?

It’s just further proof of how out of touch the politicians are with the people on the street.

It’s not the steam I have a problem with its all the crap that the steam contains - particularly the chemicals that make it “stink” and taste.

Personally having to walk through/breathe in a cloud of steam freshly exhailed by someone is akin to having them sneeze or cough in your face, sparying all their gems over you. Its just as discusting as smoking tabaco. The water vapour will carry much more than just exhaled air.

As far as I’m concerned, yes vaping should be available to smokers wishing to quit their habit, I believe it is a great aid in helping smokers to quit. However, far to many see it as just another fad - bit like smoking when it first started.

Make it prescription only and then only for 12 months on the NHS so as to set a firm target. After that, it should be paid for and have the same tax and restrictions applied to it as tabaco smoking to make it just as unpalatable to the user.
LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Because I enjoy it and at this point in time despite me looking into it, it's not harming me or anybody else to any degree that is known. Or certainly not as much as the fags used to. I'm not being a Censored and blowing it all over anybody else which I agree must be unpleasant and annoying.

I see to remember there’s a few things they said couldn’t harm you in days of old, fags for one, weed killer last week, maybe Vape sometime in the future who knows.

I agree with Mr.H, the copious clouds of vape surrounding someone having a puff is incredible. I’ve even seen peps driving a car and a veritable fog inside the cabin.

At best it’s a fag substitute - exchanging one bad habit for another, at worse there’s hidden chemicals effecting anyone coming into contact with what’s akin to a micro climate cloud above the vapers head. I’d rather have control over what I breath in, not having to rely on another judgement it’s safe.

Ban it, at least in public. Thumbs Up

So how often are you enveloped in this mysterious fog? Whistle I would put £10 on that you see it from afar and it affects you around about zero. Thousands of people are seeing vaping as the way out of smoking, which costs us all a feckin fortune in NHS treatments. ...just go and look at the list of stuff thats in a fag vs a vape.

I take neither btw Thumbs Up

I agree with you to a degree, but how do you define 'in public'? [/quote]

Just where there’s a possibility it effects others, I don’t think that’s unreasonable.

As for being enveloped by the fog, it’s happend, half a dozen times, particularly outside supermarkets or walking along the street and you have little option to avoid it unless you stop or walk across the road.

Where’s my tenner? Thumbs Up
