Video of my car being moved while I was away on holiday
Here's a video of a Bristol Airport car park worker moving my car - makes interesting viewing!
I noticed that the dash-cam had come on several times while I was away, so thought I'd view the footage...
Watch-out for some expletives, some singing (including "Oh Come Holy Faithful" ) and some strange comments from the driver

it‘s a nextbase 402G, it‘s pluges into the front left side 12v socket, so it only powers up when the ignition is switched on.

I dropped the car off at the reception car park, so I guess they had to move it to the storage car-park, then moved it again to the ‘Pick-up‘ car-park.
In total the dash-cam came on 8 times while I was away, this included very short vids of them stalling the car when moving it.
The above video was the only real interesting one, especially the guys comments Iggy/Ieuan

LOL, I need to get one of those as I park my company van at the airport a lot and use the concierge service so would love to see what happens when I hand my car over

When I used to leave my XKR I always clocked the exact mileage. Never had more than a mile clocked but did wonder how fast it did that mile

Would be interesting what the insurance would say if he had hit something going the wrong way up a one way system?
When I dropped my Merc off there once a young lad got excited about moving it as he had never been in one ! It worried me that he wouldn't be insured so enquired to be told that in the small print it states that anyone driving is covered on your own insurance as you have given permission when signing the form and handing your keys over!

It's on private land not the highway, so the road markings are meaningless in law, they're just paint on the ground.
I don't think the public use this section, they just use the drop and collect zones. If they did and there was an accident, then I'm sure the vehicle who ignored the markings would be at fault.

what was the pinging for when he slowed down, at first I thought he maybe didn't have seat belt on but as speed went up the pinging stopped and come back on as he slowed Experience is a difficult teacher, because she gives the test first and then the lesson afterwards!!!!

I think it‘s just the seatbelt alarm, goes off after a few seconds, before coming back on - well at least I hope it is Iggy/Ieuan
