Violent Scumbags
I for one think that violent unprovoked assaults on the more vulnerable members of society should receive stiffer punishments than other crimes.
A 73 year old BLIND gentleman who was walking with his guide dog was assaulted by a scumbag of a white van man who was parked on the pavement. The BLIND gentleman requested that the van be moved so he and his guide dog could get past.
Scumbag of a driver did not believe elderly gentleman was blind despite having a guide dog with him so assaulted this 73 year old gentleman..
If the driver does not recognise a guide dog he should not be driving. A long stretch inside being used as a punch bag by other inmates would show him the error of his ways.

Whilst I dont currently have but have in the past had a white van, I hope that dont tar all white van driver. Having said that, I wholeheartedly agree that things like this and attacks on the elderly in general should be treated as a hate crime. Not just white van men!
A pensioner has been injured after being headbutted by a man in a row over a parking space in Perthshire.
The incident happened outside the Co-Op store in Main Street, Bridge of Earn, at about 11:50 on Thursday 5 March.
Police said the man, who is in his 70s, sustained facial injuries during the "verbal altercation".
Officers want to trace a well-dressed man in his late 50s or early 60s, who is about 6ft tall, in connection with the incident.
The suspect was of medium build, with white or grey hair, and wore glasses.
He drove off in a dark red SUV, possibly with a 67 plate registration.
Police have issued an appeal for members of the public who assisted the pensioner to come forward.

Unless the blind bloke set his dog on the van driver and stole his wallet in the ensuing mayhem, being punched in the face was not a reasonable response to being told, even with swear words, to move the van off the pavement.Visiting from rrsport.co.uk
