1.50 into the video she shuts off, the car loses momentum/grip and fails the climb. My daughter could drive better that when she was only 13. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

I've always thought that it would be rather nice to see Sabine & VBH feature in a video together 8)

yes they were discussing the tyres and the d3 tyres were for the motorway where the vw can only do 100kmh (62 mph)
Also, that hill is at langenaltheim offroad park, and i've been up it on road tyres, had to switch dsc off though. There's one wheel on my wagon, but i'm still rollin' along, it's the cherokee, they're after me, but I'm singing a happy song

Very impressive!
did you get up first time or did you have a couple of stabs at it?
is it as steep as it appeared when they were walking up?
Impressed with the VW - Good piece of TV

yes first time, got stuck about 15 meters from the top though, was in rock crawl and put the epb on. I was a newbe and didnt know what to do until a colleague said try with dsc off and dont let the revs go below 2000. Was so chuffed when the d3 just carried on up. lots of hummer h1's didnt think i'd make it.
spent a great day there taking my brand new d3 through the mud, brambles and across the rocks There's one wheel on my wagon, but i'm still rollin' along, it's the cherokee, they're after me, but I'm singing a happy song
