[Wanted] Bike rack and D4 13 pin electrics VPLAT0012/0136
As above really.
Need a full 13pin towing kit for a 2014MY, VPLAT0136 or VPLAT0012.
Will also need a bike rack, needs to tilt, would prefer to be able to tow while in use but not essential.
Cheers
Matt

Sorry haven’t got mine for sale but you won’t go wrong with a tow trust tow bar.
Removed my Land Rover one and fitted the tow trust removable about 4 years ago.
Difference was remarkable and I have so much more confidence in the tow trust bar over the rattly genuine one.
Good luck in your searchCurrently 2015 D4 SE Tech, Corris Grey
RLD Protector, led interior lights, timed climate, towing equipment

Post amended now as ive sourced electrics and a TL1.
Dunton: I tried direct with Tow Trust but they were just too expensive on the tow bar sadly.
Ended up getting mine from TowBars-uk.co.uk in Tiverton.
I asked TT if they wanted to price match and they said they didn't as everyone would just keep undercutting. Thats fair enough I suppose. Id usually pay the little bit extra as its their design etc but at near £45 difference I declined this time.
I got the electrics from Devon4x4 in the end as AF were out of stock and even with discount they weren't that competitive.
Just looking for a bike rack now. eBay special maybe before holidays end of August if this lockdown is over by then.

I have a maxxraxx 5 bike carrier with a extension to allow you to tow a caravan with it in place...
I don't use it anymore as I've got a rack on the back of the new tin tent, found a video on YouTube on the tilting feature (my rack is flange mounted) photos of it in place on my old pathfinder

Morgan,
Thanks very much for replying.
I had considered the MaxxRaxx, most people on here seem to have very positive things to say about them.
The only reason I'm not biting your hand off straight away is that we are a family of 4 with 2 under 5yr olds with child bikes and my wife dosent actually have a bike currently.
I think this year it will literally be my eldest sons bike on the rear and I will probably take my Brompton so that will fold away in the boot.
A 5 cycle MaxxRaxx maybe overkill...
