Not sure if this uses the same microphone inside but this is a complete light assembly for a D4 with sunroof

£18.00 so a bit of a bargain if it is the same microphone inside
I have one arriving in a few days if you want I can send you a picture of what is fitted inside as it says it includes the Mic
My D3 panel is a little scuffed so was going to try and swap bits, so either the mic from this or the one from my D3 could be going spare in a week or so Must stop buying shiny toys....
