Just make sure no dirt has dropped in the surround and is trapped between the screen and surround, as this stops the screen from working, you might have to remove it to check Thumbs Up

Flack Thumbs Up

Is there anything else I could try before forking out on a new screen? I checked again yesterday there was nothing stuck inside the surround, which there wasn’t. The two physical buttons work fine, it’s just the actual touch screen.

It’s permanently like this

Have you tried a hard reset, and with nothing to loose have you tried to update the screen with your IID tool?.

Yeah I tried a hard reset via the IIDTool, I’m happy to try a screen update but not sure where to find it on the IIDTool?!

Thumbs Up
