So I can confirm which part in the system has failed - pretty sure it’s the Bluetooth module.

D4 doesn’t have a BT module as far as I know.
Just seen the 2010 and 11 had a BT voice module but don’t see a MOST connection on it.
And if I remember correctly, if you have an IID tool, there should be DTCs indicating where your fault is as the box before the fault should report.012MY RRS 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography (Current)

I think you have a picture of a NON Lr module.. or better, NON D3 or D4...
This is a picture of 2 genuine BT modules with MOST
D3 version and D4 version

Maybe the retrofit version then, but factory fitted, they have MOST..
I do not know, if there were basic D4’s deliverd without central screen, yours could be the version for motors without MOST loop, but as the TO said, he has a MOST loop and therefore one of the versions on my picture...Best regards

the bluetooth module doesn't show up at all using the IID tool, hence the suspicion. Electrics really aren't my thing, but fortunately, Flack lives just down the road from me
