This late after they got "banned" doubt very much there would be any new ones around. Plus second hand they would still be as rare as hens teeth. I only know 2 peeps that have one.
I'd just take it off - pedestrian friendly they are not!Mark.

Not always. The law allowed existing bars fitted pre-2007 to remain fitted, but this does not mean you go and fit a set after this date to a pre-07 vehicle. It has also been illegal to sell them since May 2007. The EU legislation in 2009 tightened things further.

I have one, so that makes 3
Rounds off the front of the car nicely imo
about 5/6 years ago there was a lad in Cov, I think, sold 10 of them @ £75 quid each. Few of us picked them up on here. My insurance company classed it as an 'A' bar as they don't come up over the front lights. Pre '07 car too so that helped
Plus, I tend to try avoid pedestrians at all costs. So far so good A happy childhood ... is the worst possible preparation for life.

never understood why these were banned - after all, whats the choice, get mowed down by a 2.7Ton lump, or a 2.7Ton and a bit lump
you're going to come off worse
so don't jaywalk
or ride stupidly on your boke
or drive your euroshitbox into me
personal responsibility abdicated again....
they have it right in Australia - I'm looking at getting a non-LR product next possibly... and this is what they put on the from of them - not pretty but mighty effective
