wanted ERG valve both sides
Its come to a head .The egr bug has hit my much loved mud plugger.I am not sure which side is acting up so I could do with both sides .If any one has a couple of valves working or not I am happy to work things over a few emails
cheers Glyn

Thanks Bodsy
I was have a look around and noted that the valves can be stripped down.I think mine are sooted up but without taking them off I am just stabbing in the dark.If I had non working vales I could rebuild them plus have a play of fooling the computer into thinking they are working. My idea was to leave the two valves in place and blank off then wire the two new valves into the system. If I disconnect the butterfly in the intake I should still send all the signals to the computers while having fresh air going to the v6.The car would think that the vaves are there and working.
Its a long shot but could be worth a punt
