I’d get the 10.5” like I am using. I’ve heard many people moan about the size of the bigger one and ditch it for the slightly smaller one.
It’s certainly quicker, better graphics, sound, features & you can use an Apple Pencil on it etc. It will be out of date this time next year that said.

You can use Apple Pencil on all current iPad models not just the Pros DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone

I've got the 12.9 128g and had it from when they first came out its never let me down and great when on site working  -------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.

Im on my second 12.9' and i echo Stews recommendation.
Very good for work when im out and about.
And also provides cool uncle credits when nephew and nieces visit and play games on it!!
