[Wanted] Nsf driveshaft

Morning all. I’m looking for a good working serviceable near side front drive shaft. I’ve got the dreaded clicking time bomb.

Hi Nemo,

Talk to me some more about the dreaded ticking time bomb? I noticed today driving rather quickly into a sharp right hand bend a metallic clicking type noise that seemed to come from the NSF.

My indy also mentioned they noticed the NSF wheel seemed to click slightly when they had it on the ramp the other day & looked for lateral movement in the wheel bearing.

Well mine had a much more pronounced crunching. It was a definite crunching of a bearing. One of the gaiter clips had loosened and all the grease was gone, water was in = end of cv joint.
I managed to remove the old shaft quite easily today. However the pattern part replacement will not go in for love nor money. EBT total garbage.
I couldn't rebuild it into the OE inner cv either due to differing sizes. So I'm stuck with looking for a decent replacement again.
