will the beacons not attach directly to the t-slot roof rails ? or are you talking about police-style cross-the-roof lights ?.

they'er bolt down Britax Beacons, in built LED's and work lights
fitted to the D2,
the plan being to use U bolts to bolt a 5mm Marine grade aluminium plates to the bars
then bolt the beacon to the plates.
the beacon operation is by remote, so all i need to do is run a twin core down to the cigar lighter
for power.
these beacons were fitted to the roof of the D2 i had, but it's not happening on the D3
besides having a glass roof LOLD3 HSE 2.7 TDV6 named Calvin with him stuffed Tiger Hobbes sat in the back
