It is doable, but very fiddly. Once the two bolts are out, you can just lever the old one out and it pops out on the seal. The new one has to ease in as straight as you can then push down, it's easy to get it tipped over slightly and it won't go. Happy to answer anymore questions Give it all a good wipe and brush round on top before you remove it too.
You need a good crawler board with the lift up back to support your neck and back etc.
Oh and don't forget to unplug all the sensors on the gearbox and unbolt the loom before you lower it. The final one on the gearbox sensor is the one you can't get at until it's lowered.
