Pretty good deal, if you find you are close to the mileage limit give them a call, I had 12000 miles and was going to exceed it they increased it to 24,000 at no charge with no hassle.
Renewed this year and they automatically used the 24,000 mile limit.

Hi, my LR extended warranty is about to finish and the renewal price I have been quoted is substantially higher now than when purchased as part of the care deal. I have looked for the difference between an extended or select warranty and cannot easily see the difference (apart from the cost!) anyone offer any advice?
Are the people on this thread that bought warranties else where happy with what they got and did anyone have to use the warranty? Basically, we're they worth it?
I have a 2010 D4 HSE
I look forward to receiving your words of wisdom

Been with WD for 5 years now, never had less claims than the premium. Cover wear & tear and if you can get Luxury Care you're on to a winner, or even if you have to drop down to extra care. After all, it's a LR, not known for total reliability. Going to be a strange experience when I go without a warranty from end of August. Scary!
If you do consider WD haggle hard and ask for advice here, we can tell you what you can push for and get.
Like Del had my warranty with them for nearly five years, paid about £500 per year with no betterment, wear and tear and something else claimed, £50 excess. £5000+ back so for me it has been worth it,
With you having a D4 you should be able to get a decent level of cover, think there are only four and they are age and mileage dependent, have a look on there website it lets you know what level of cover you can get and what's included Goodyear Duratracs

I can't praise Warranty Direct enough. I was with them for 5 years for my D3 and they were marvellous, prompt authorising and paying. When my D4 gets old enough I will certainly go back unless they have realised that insuring LR is not good business.

Currently progressing a complaint/dispute with Warranty Direct through to the Financial Ombudsman so not everything is always great...
Don't want to elaborate any more at the moment, but I'll report back. I don't think it will be a quick fight though.D4 XS, gone, much loved, never forgotten

Update:
Just took my D3 for a Free check at Halford AutoCentre.
They conducted a check for FREE as it is an offer online.
They found that the Track Rod-End and rear prop shaft needed replacing. Halford got in touch directly with WD and were authorised to complete the work with a £50 excess for me to pay.
This saved me £730 meaning I an slightly out of pocket and still have 8 months left on the warranty!
They front diff needs looking at next?.....
The only thing I need to do that isn't covered in is the cat convertor. Anyone with any advice?
I would highly recommend WD... 2016 D4 Landmark
