cant fault this company at all.
paid for waterpump failure in September no quibbles.
CHECK THIS OUT
car was due for test beginning of October and I knew I had knackerd front suspension bottom arm bushes and play in a front wheel bearing and slight play in a rack end,
Shortly before putting car in for test turbo started whistling its nuts off and over boost fault codes,so still put it in for test and it failed on all above points plus it failed on not been able to do a smoke test cos we couldn't rev the engine due to turbo ,
spoke to warranty direct how said no problem get it booked in,
to cut a long story short the claim comes out at about £3500.00 no quibble at all.
they gave 18hrs for turbo replacement due to lifting body,
they paid for complete new rack instead of just rack end,
and complete new arms instead of just bushes and the front hub.
well worh the £74 a month I pay,i have had the betterment policy lifted too.
they paid labour at £59 plus vat
cant fault them

Hi,
Great feedback on WD.
How many excesses did they take off the claim?
Also what about the rear track rods and the 4 wheel alignment?
I had my track rods and end front and rear and the 4 wheel alignment on WD policy.
Had to pay for my own lower arms......
The car now drives like new....
Cheers

Every silver lining has a cloud - In my experiences WD wouldn't cover a burning toddler with a fire blanket. Still pursuing a claim with them many months after it should have been paid out 'quibble free'. I would never, never take out a policy with them again.

And I've had every claim that's been approved paid very promptly, in fact always far quicker than the "please allow x working days" small print

hi they paid for 4 wheel alignment in fact just paid out for everything including engine oil but for some reason no oil filter, not a problem considering,
had to pay4 excesses not a problem either when you look at what they have done
