Hi,
I'm new to the forum having just bought an 05 disco 3 hse.
There is a water leak coming from the washer bottle - since re-filling the washer fluid is leaking behind bumper. How do I fix this. I have done a search but cant find anything on it (might not be searching right) If anyone can send me a link to a fixing guide it would be appreciated.

You will need to remove the front bumper (well documented on here) Pot Noodle Challenge Winner 2011

What do I need to order to fix it - is the bottle faulty or pump mounting seals?

the pipe may have either perished or come loose. There is a clip that hold the pipe to the bottle.
does the leak drain the bottle ?
if not, it may be that the filler neck has come loose. it just clips onto the top of the bottle. Duncan

If it's come loose you can access it from underneath without removing bumper to re attach, if perished which is unlikely its bumper off which is about 30 - 45 mins to get it off good luck

Hi Rocket,
On some bottles, the seals fail, meaning total loss of fluid.
The fix is to remove and repair, or remove and replace the bottle.
Best Wishes,

I changed mine in August after it started leaking, bought one from TLO.
As others have said the you have to remove, grill, lights and bumper, and helps to unclip the front of the wing arches.

They have a habit of splitting on the seam near the mounting points. There are two types, one for cars with light washers and one for those without. I think they are £30-35.
Easy job to do.
