Is stuck on, any ideas please, is it easy to get to or just go back to my steeler ?

I had this issue a few weeks ago it is pretty easy  you nee to take the Passenger side front wheel arch off and then take some of the wheel arch lining retaining clips out and then tap the bottle with something so the float pops back up and that should cure it
Takes about 20mins the washer bottle is low down so I could not get to it from the top
