What's the issue cars catch fire every day Tesla less so

Admittedly they do it in style but at least you know

1- its a total loss
2- never leave personal effects in it Thumbs Up

I bet James Bond will be annoyed that his Audi got caught up in it. Rolling with laughter

look at the parking bay numbers...

If you take a look, Tesla's do catch fire and with very hot fierce fires due to the Lithium batteries. The guidance says they need huge amounts of water to put a fully developed fire out (standard car can be done with a single tank of water 400 gallons but at the most 800) However Tesla take thousands of gallons and are recomeded to be cooled for several hours afterwards. They then state that the car should be taken to a secure compound and monitored for a period of time as they have a tendancy to re-ignite again.

All here. Very scary stuff if you own one and it happens to catch fire with you in it.

I’m happy sitting on ~82 liters of 95E10 instead. Lithium, no thanks. Mr. Green
