Webasto error clearing

Evening folks. Tried to search forum but no joy. Everyone says remove fuse 28. Now it’s totally possible I am missing something but under the bonnet 28 is empty

Error trying to clear is 24 01 on reply to the txt I keep getting its note

Vehicle has lots of fuel in.

Am using BAS remote module
