Wet carpet, Door Seal & Sun Roof Drain

I have found the front nearside carpet wet and on lifting it seems the foam is wettest along the edge nearest the door seal. The foam is dry higer up the footwell and dry up the side of the centre console. In the past few days we have been through some very deep puddles and flooded roads in the Lake District, the water has never been more than perhaps 6 to 9 inches deep - and never above the door bottoms, but some of the shallow water on the main roads has been driven through at 20 to 30 mph. Has anyone had the same problem of water getting in this way. It's clean and certainly not coolent or washer bottle water. I have also got the trim off the side of the passenger footwell but cant see any sign of the drain pipes for the sun roof. I don't think that is the problem but would like to know where they drain to.

Had my D3 partially floating, not a drop ingressed the veehickle (as our ex colonials would say). Sad to say but LRs and sunroofs do not go well together.

Thanks for the link, I will check the drain tubes when we get back home but from the location of the water ingress I think it has come through the bottom door seals and under the plastic kick strip then perculating down the carpet. Probably due to the force of the water which seemed more than that of a presure washer. At least now I can keep an eye on it.
