People from the United States of America calling themselves "American". That would be fine but they don't include Canadians, Mexicans, Guatelamans, Brazilians, Peruvians, etc., in their "American" term. To them, "American" means "from the USA".
There are c.29 American countries. All of them are "American".

Re getting up the goat, pi$$ heads protesting on the M25, other motorways are available but i need to use the bit these morons are protesting on tomorrow and don’t fancy doing the journey bondu-bashing from town to town. I’m not sure what annoys me more, the waste of oxygen protesters or the line of yellow jacketed plod forming very pretty lines and doing absolutely nothing. Shame we sold Boris’s water cannons, but that might make the roads a bit more slippy, and it would be a lot quicker just using tasers.

Another tactic seeks to be gluing themselves to buildings. Fine, just put a barrier round them and leave them. For a very, very long time.
The blocking Tower Bridge, I was there a couple of days after but they were blocking London Bridge instead. The morons said they didn’t want to interrupt public transport but that didn’t work too well as there was a nice line of red buses sitting for hours on the bridge.

In an open democracy, peaceful protest is allowed and is, perhaps, an essential element of such a democracy. So long as they don't injure anyone or damage property that doesn't belong to them then they should be allowed to protest.
