What's transferable from a D3 to a D4?

So we have been looking at chopping in the D3 & replacing it with a 16 plate D4 Hse Lux or Landmark.

I just wonder what is transferable from the 3 to the 4 such as genuine dog guard, roof bars etc

I presume they are, but thought i'd check first.

Most accessories will be a straight swap, certainly roof bars, dog guards will swap over, the main difference is the dash, engine and front end bumper grille etc. David
