The owners handbook says 140Nm. The wheel spacers fitting instructions also said 140Nm. I have some non LR alu wheels and nuts (19mm not LR 22mm without integrated washer) which I hand tightened last winter. I had to re-tighten 3 times in the first week !
This winter I used a torque wrench set at 154Nm (to be sure to be sure) hopefully not too much so as to crack the wheels / spacers. Re-checked a few days later - no re-tightening needed. There's one wheel on my wagon, but i'm still rollin' along, it's the cherokee, they're after me, but I'm singing a happy song
If the nut have a flat seating - like std LR, they must have a washer. If they are taper, bolts/nuts then you don't need one.
