Which diagnostic can manage both car ecu and suspension ecu? |
|
As i understand, it demands different diagnostic hardware to manage
the different systems?
I saw a HawkEye cheap on the swedish blocket salesmarket
but what i read about it i could not find out whether it can read and
adjust riding levels.
I have still the yellow light error code to investigate.
So my question; what diagnostic module should i look for?

Hi, I am no expert but think you’ll find you can’t go wrong with the GAP IID Tool. It reads all ecu modules, detects/clears faults and you can customise suspension settings along with a host of other options...
Funnily enough I had the yellow suspension light come on while driving through some deep dirty water last weekend, I pulled up, plugged IID tool in and cleared the fault, did another couple of runs through the water and other off road course activities and been fine since..

Check your wiring looms under the vehicle, it sounds like its rubbed through the insulation somewhere.

The Gap tool is the top of the list. I personally have a Foxwell NT510 (considerably cheaper) and it does everything I need for the maintenance on the LR3
