The diesel is much more efficient than the petrol ...and nearly as fast I know which I would go for 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

for long distance D4 3.0tdv6
as when u drive 200km/h in 4.4 V8 then u need stop every 330km to fill up the tank| Il boit pour oublier qu'il vit

That would be 4 km/l. I'd be happily surprised if you get that many kms out of your petrol... I'd say 200 km on a filling is more accurate.
But it's such a great machine!

on an empty highway at 200km/h? 4km/l it is! checked and 2checked ( on German highways with no limits ofcoz )
but yes you're right - with heavy traffic (accelerating/breaking)the mpg falls dramatically
that said, when driving 170km/h it's much more civilised| Il boit pour oublier qu'il vit

Thank you Shrinky , I like to go out with off-road driving, most time go to Tank trainning bases for experience, so D4 TDV6 have all techical function of D3 V8 ? If D4 have D3 V8 's all function, It means D4 addition to all the features of D3, there are other new features and improvements yes?
