I just wanted to update all who helped with the happy ending. The winch is now working,  . I followed the green/white wire(F) and noticed it was going to the relay for the fan. Understanding that that was not right, I checked online and found that it should be connected to a 25a fuse located in slot 7( heated seats). Now as per LR diagram this should have been the green and white wire in the lower left corner on the fuse box.  Well it wasn't. I found the correct wire for the switch, spliced into it and everything is well. Thank you all for your help.  I will try and update this weekend with a pic of the winch in use.
