anyone have an easy way to get at the drivers side wiper blade to change it. Older models you could bend the wiper arm at 90 deg to the windscreen. With the disco 3 the arm only moves about 20deg and it is almost impossible to reach across and disconect the blade. Any suggestions??

Drop it down to access level, then lift the arm as far as it will go, only a bit I know then just slide em off....I assume that you're not really vertically challenged....that said I'm 6'2 so didn't struggle that much.....good luck

Well I wish I had seen this thread earlier! Just handed over $140 to the service guy wearing a balaclava at Adelaide's primary LR dealership for replacement blades and fitment during 'service'. The originals were not even 10 months old.
So where/which is the best non genuine replacement, cause I'm tipping these won't last much longer. MY09 TDV6 SE

Did you ask for these , or were they just fitted and billed?

Got the blade changed, problem I had was a snorkel and CB antenna next to each other ended up using a ladder. $140 for a blade change is a bit steep, OME blades are about $37 each.

Thanks, I will next time I need to replace them.
Yes, they were asked to be replaced during the service, but had I the slightest idea of the associated cost, I would have checked out other options.
I suppose I should have anticipated the premium price after purchasing the t/bar tongue. MY09 TDV6 SE
