wiring in reverseing light

Thought maybe you campers could help.
I have a ifor willams trailer only 4 yrs old and I need to put a reverseing light on the trailer.
My disco is wired up for this as my caravan reverseing light works.
How can I wire one in.
Thanks very much.

Hi Curly,

Assuming you have two 7pin sockets on your disco rather than one 13 pin you need to but a white caravan plug (12S) and wire your reversing lights to pin1 (+ve) and pin7 (-ve) and that will work, you only need to use two core cable for this.
