I think you will regret not being firm and decisive at the onset,whether it be bad build or poor accident damage repair, they will never get this to your satisfaction

I had it in writing that if the boot couldn't be fixed to my satisfaction due to accident damage then the 30 day return/exchange would still be honoured.
The other stuff is little niggles and my biggest gripe is that they should have all been fixed before it was sold under the LR 'approved' scheme.
It is a five year old car at the cheaper end of the D4 market so I'm not expecting perfection.
They now say it needs a new tailgate hinge and has probably been backed into something at low speed with the tailgate open in the past rather than anything more sinister or serious and should be ready late tomorrow.
Fingers crossed...
