I presume you've checked the obvious? Got fuel, charged battery?
What happens, does it turn over? What damage have you repaired, did you disconnect something whilst doing it? More info required The End

Sounds like it's gone into 'accident' mode. Engine cutout and hazards on, doors would also auto unlock as well.
Not sure how this gets re-set, possibly by BBS faultmate kit or Autologic IDS.
You've replaced all airbags & don't have the airbag warning light on do you? Bodsys Brake Bible

D2Hen, Welcome to the site.
I think Bodsy's right; being unable to turn off the hazards suggests the car knows it's been in an accident and has shut itself down to reduce the risk of fire.
Just as a matter of interest; you say you fixed some cut wires, which I assume were cut in the accident. Have you checked all the fuses are OK? I'm wondering whether the shrapnel that cut the wires could have shorted them and popped a fuse or 2.
Also, the car does have crash sensors all over it, which it uses to determine if/when various airbags must be fired. Have you checked that these are all OK? If one is broken it may be continuously telling the car that it's crashed.
It sounds like you need an expert and you'd struggle to do any better than to get site member 10forcash on the case; he's a highly respected independent with his own Autologic kit and a brain apparently full of every detail of how these cars work; as if that wasn't enough, he'll come to you (for a fee) so you won't have to worry about getting the car towed. Transgenic tomato anyone?

yep checked all the fuses which are ok. but what i can't understand is that i had it running when it was delivered. since then i have only disconnected the battery and carried out the repairs. i have yet to replace the airbags but this has never been an issue with starting a vehicle in the past. its not completley built back up just yet as i was wanting to get it running so i could move it round to my bodyshop.
thanks for all your replys.

Perhaps you've repaired a connection to a broken crash sensor? I don't suppose those cut wires looked clipped by wire cutters did they? Perhaps they cut them to get it started? Dr. Ian Malcolm:
