Xenon headlamps

Anybody know what the xenon headlamp units retail at from LR spares counter. Just wondering if it would be possible and cheaper to buy them over the counter with disco3 20% discount, as opposed to specifying them as an option on a new vehicle.

Si.

Yep, Nick at Yeovil will sell them at £350 each which is way below RRP but as other say keep an eye on ebay, they tend to go for around £150 on there.

Just be VERY careful with eBay purchases. Seen some dodgy lamps pretending to be xenons on there....

Re: eBay

I sold my halogens recently and advertised them as fitted with Xenon upgraded bulbs, no intention to deceive just stating the facts. The key thing is to read the description carefully and ask for a part number that you can cross-check with a dealer. I included photographs of the part number labels in my advert. There are some LHD units around too that can't be adjusted to work 100% properly in the UK (despite the levers inside)
