ive recently upgraded one of my H7/H7 100w halogen headlights and replaced them with xenon units with led accent lights(the full lamp unit) trouble is the xenon bulb wont light up. it fires for a second then goes out and wont spark into life untill the ignition is turned off then on again. it then does the same again?
the connections are identical so i'm wondering is there another mod i need to do ,or is the xenon bulb fecked!!!
ive noticed extra blanked plugs behind the lamp units, are these anything to do with the alternative lamp unit?Ducati 996 rocket!!

You've changed ONE side to xenon, but not th other? Did I read that correctly????
For xenon, you need to enable them in the car configuration. Or get one of us to do it for you.

You need a specific diagnostic tool to be able to enable the xenon lights, IID tool or Nanocom ( or as suggested get one of the forum sponsors to do it for you)
as ive only got the one unit at present, what would happen if the xenon was activated, would the halogen unit stop working or would the bulbs blow. i have a feeling that the latter would be the case considering the voltage needed for xenons.
