Xenon lights on 63 commercial

I have very recently traded my lovely 07 FFRR for a 63 commercial.
The gearbox on the LR4 is great and the sat navy is better than the one in the RR but still not perfect.
As for the seats on the commercial, although the luxury spec, they are lacking the comfort of the RR.
And is really miss the heated steering wheel.
My issue are the single xenon head lights with the led' surround.
Those led's don't work in any light switch setting.
I read on here some posts regarding day light running lights but am unsure if those are the same as the led's on my commercial head lights.
I have seen cars with those led's working but am guessing those are HSE spec?
The led's look to be present in my lights, could those be made to work?
2. Are you sure they are xenon, they all have the fish eye lens, not all are Xenon, not all Xenon have fairy lights, if you have a small side light bulb, you've not got fairy lights, the LEDs if they're in the are obvious yellow dots

Thanks for that beanie.
Will have a close look tomorrow to confirm.
I am certain the commercial was advertised by Duckworths as having Xenon lights. Let's hope my memory is correct.
