Xenon upgrade on 2016 Car with 2013 Head Lamps possible...?

Hi all,

I have Discovery 4 SE from 2016 wilth halogen Head lamps. Now I fitteed Xenon Lamps out of a car from 2011. With my Gap Tool I changed config to "Xenon fitted" and "High beam disabled".
In this configuration Xenons are working but flash only works without headlights on or light switch in position 1. Can this "older type" Headlights be configurd to work with the "newer" car? What would be missing in car configuration?
I tried the search funktion but did not find the right answers.

It would be really great if someone could help me out....

its a ccf setting - for you to go from MY14 lights to MY10 then you need to set this setting to fitted

I have tried both settings now:

xenon fitted + high beam lamps fitted

xenon fitted + high beam lamps not fitted

both settings do not enable the high beam when light switch is on pos.2 and lever is pushed to HB

when ccf is set to "HBL not fitted" flashing is possible on light switch pos. 1 and 2

Another question:

Gap tool says: "next time engine is started; Start it, stop it, then restart it". Is it really necessary to follow this procedure every time i have changed the ccf?

...sorry I was wrong with this:

when ccf is set to "HBL not fitted" flashing is possible on light switch pos. 1 and 2

it was only on pos. 1.

what I found today is that the car now flashes with the xenons and does not use the halogen lamps.

So how can I get the halogen flash to work? It would be really nice if someone has some hint.

There is also another bulb on the outer lower side which is not working...

here is the mounted xenon lamp:
