yellow engine warning light

yellow engine warning light

Get a yellow engine warning light.

No limp mode. No warning message.

Have looked in the owners manual and cannot find anything on a yellow engine warning light. Just says red warning light.

Can someone explain what the yellow light means?

Could be the EGR. What sort of driving are you doing, short or long journeys ?

Both.

When deleting I can drive for some stops and goes without going on.
But sometimes when starting or the first seconds in idle it comes on.
Never when driving if it is off.

Take it for a really good run and keep the revs up by holding down a gear

it is a tdv6 3.0 auto.
Do you mean I should do with manual shift?
