Just wish they were my local dealer - Nick was instrumental in making sure a front diff arrived at my dealers before they knew anything about it prior to Morocco
Top man! he should run training courses for LR 8) but then ,we'd have nothing to whine about
Yeovil - top service
ordered tow bar and elecs midday yesterday, arrived this morning.

On reporting a possible brake caliper fault, the service desk offered to come and pick it up. Booked in for the same day I called. Sorted under warranty and ready just after 10 a.m. the next morning (calipers out of stock) having been left at 2 p.m. the prior day.
Short of coming over and doing the job at my house, can't be beat!
Many thanks.

Thanks Nick
Don't know if anybody is feeding these back to Nick's boss but got offered instant 20% discount on new tow bar, local dealer won't even match it as not worth his time. Result - tow bar being delivered by Nick to my local dealer who is then fitting for free due to previous cock up. Can't fault the guy Thanks Nick

Yup, the Yeovil dealership is fast becoming the very best, always been treated fantastically by them. A model to other dealerships IMO. 2004 Discovery 3 - gone

I'm with you guys....I got in touch with Nick a month or two ago and he's a star.....I've since ordered far too many things with no problems at all.
It's interesting to note how one good person can make a company really shine and gain a reputation for excellence....in the same way that a single idiot in the chain can be the downfall of any other company....
Cheers!

PS. I know that there are plenty of other people at Yeovil helping us all out behind the scenes in sales/service etc, but I've singled out Nick because he's been the 'face' of Yeovil for most of us and does them all proud.2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE AutoBuckingham Blue 2007 Golf GT DSG

1st Service, LESS than half price of the dealers I bought bought it. Also decided to get the towbar and eelctrics done at last with the "savings" lol
Great to meet you Nick and any business will be going that way in future; everything exactly as it should be!
Although I did have to go and get muddy again on the way home! Almost got stuck too that'll teach me for green laning alone but at least I had walked the thing before it was just much drier!2007 TDV6 XS Silver

Mrs Do$h nipped in to see Nick today to collect the replacement sticks for the hood on her 90. Big thanks for sorting these out Nick I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Great service from Nick. The parcel arrived yesterday, as promised. It is no wonder so many on this site use Yeovil, I certainly shall do again.
All I need now is the Disco (next week )
Thanks Nick ALTERNATIVES...............No alternatives for off-road capability.
If you want Surrey plush, go for a Range Rover. If you want Manchester bling it's the Range Rover Sport. But if it's a seven-seat, go anywhere 4x4, it's time to Disco.

Another very satisfactory service visit to Yeovil LR. Thanks Nick, Alan and all the service team.....
Took the D3 in yesterday evening so the diff, steering and a couple of other bits could get looked at again. Although I was held up in traffic and didn't arrive until 18:10 (10 minutes after they normally close), Peter the service manager took the time to come out in the car with me to listen to and confirm some of the problems I described before Doug on the service desk handed me the keys to a brand new D3 loaner (only 12 miles on the clock, registered that morning).
Back on form chaps, thank you very much. A true measure of customer service is how you handle things when there is a problem and this is exactly how it should be done. Thank you.
