2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Zambezi SilverDiscovery 3
Zambezi Silver

Hi everyone,

I am getting my 2005 HSE in the above colour this week.

It does not have privacy glass Sad

Does this colour look good with tints?

Pretty dark or lighter....any thoughts or pics?

I think that Zambezi Silver and tints look superb although I'm probablby a bit biased Wink

Yea, I recon I will get it done.

The dealer wants £400 to do it inhouse. However, I can get it done by our local AutoGlass depot fot £275+vat.

Hi Allan,

Thats a good price from Autoglass, post some pics when you have had it done. The Privacy glass also helps to keep the car cooler during warm weather. I never really liked privacy glass before I had this car but I think it looks superb.

I am also going do get GAP protection, however, not from the dealer.

You can get it online for £150 for 3 years Smile

I've got loads of pics in my gallery of Zermatt Silver with aftermarket tints. I went for limo black (darkets) in the rear and one shade lighter in the side doors.

I have aftermarket tints, see gallery.
Looks better, is cooler in summer and children don't need blinds.

In my view Zermatt & tints is the best combo for the disco3 (see LR websight and press cars & publicity).
Can look like a bit Van'ish in other colours.
