ZF 6HP26 Transmission cooling

Greetings--

What is the cooling method for the gearbox fitted to the V8 D3/LR3? I found some relevant information for other makes that use that gearbox:

Remote Transmission Oil Cooler

The new remote transmission cooler fitted to all FPV models with the six-speed automatic is a heat exchanger mounted to the engine block with a three-way coolant thermostat.

It serves the dual function of using the engine coolant to provide rapid warm-up of the transmission fluid during start-up, as well as improved cooling of the transmission under high load/high temperature operating conditions.

In conjunction with the remote transmission cooler, the six-speed gearbox has a number of protection modes that help prevent the transmission overheating under heavy-duty conditions such as towing and enthusiastic driving in high ambient temperatures.

Is there a similar cooling design on the D3? Also, are there transmission lines that can be used with a fluid exchanger to flush the fluid without removing the pan and filter?

Many thanks in advance,
Jim
