I dont want anything from ebay many are Apex cranks and doing a bit of research brings up a whole number of failures
There is a genuine one on there but its been ground by 1mm which is more than recomended and they dont make 1mm oversize bearings.

Ah i see , didn’t realise that ref apex cranks and certainly don’t need that kind of agro after going to the expense when rebuilding the engine

I dont know anymore at the moment.
I will compare it to the old one when it arrives, it being shipped on the 22nd from there engine plant which is somewhere abroad for the 3.0 ltr i have been told so i dont no how long it will take to arrive.

The Ford engine plant is at Dagenhamin the UK - so not sure why the crankshaft would come from abroad if it was genuine.

Apparently only 2.0 ltr ingenuim engines are produced in the UK according to my managing director
