Discovery in the Garage yesterday to be told that an Actuator is away but one is ok. Can I still drive it?

Do you mean the turbo actuator? If so, I had an issue with the secondary turbo actuator on a previous D4. As it was the secondary that was the problem, providing I kept the revs below c.3,000 rpm (ISTR), it was fine. But go higher and it went into limp mode with associated red triangle. It would reset if I turned everything off and locked the car for 30 seconds.
