Air con condenser

Hi all

I am still on the search for my Discovery 4.

I have seen a nice one but in the video under the car to the left of the drivers side front wheel I noticed a patch of liquid. When I questioned the dealer he said it was just from the air condenser unit. The vehicle was not running at the time and I assume it had not been running for any length of time as it was just at their property. The video was not taken in the current warm weather.

I would welcome your thoughts on this please
