Hello,
I've recently bought a Disco 3 and I've read through these forums about mods to install a reversing camera but I'm very confused by all the acronyms 
If I was to buy a reversing camera and wanted it automatically change my sat-nav screen when I go into reverse, would I have to do the range rover mod and it would work? or is there more to it?
Appreciate the help in advance!

You need a gap iid to tell the car you have one fitted for option 1 and 3
Options
1 RR mod. Cheap but with limitations. (Screen brightness and image cropped )
2 GVIF module. Also allows you to add other video inputs.
3 D4 screen
